By mixing clean water, well killing fluid, and cement slurry, the purpose of well killing, waterproofing, and fire extinguishing is achieved. The choke and kill manifold is an essential equipment for well control operations, especially well control operations.

The function of the throttling and well killing manifold is as follows:

(1) Performing well killing operations through the throttling effect of the throttle valve, replacing contaminated well killing fluid, while controlling wellhead casing pressure and riser pressure, restoring bottomhole pressure control through the well killing fluid column, and stopping well overflow; Overflow;

(2) Relieve pressure through a throttle valve, reduce wellhead pressure, and achieve 'soft shut in'.

(3) Reduce the pressure inside the wellhead casing through the pressure relief function of a large number of pressure relief valves, and protect the wellhead blowout prevention device group.

(4) After completely sealing the wellhead with a fully sealed gate, the wellbore pressure fluid is forcibly injected into the wellbore through a throttling and killing manifold for wellbore killing operations

(5) When a blowout occurs, inject clean water into the wellhead through the kill pipe manifold to prevent combustion and fire.

(6) When a well fire disaster occurs, fire extinguishing agents are injected into the wellbore through a kill pipe manifold to facilitate firefighting.
